Black Bean QUesadillas (refried black beans, seasoning, rice/soy cheese, corn, salsa in between a whole wheat tortilla and grilled on both sides)

Veggie Lasagna (Whole wheat noodles, summer squash, sauce, onions, seasoning, broccoli, rice parmasan)
Lightly steamed Broccoli

Tuesday September 9:
Broiled Veggie Sandwich (Artisan bread cut in half smeared with Vegenaise, seasoning, grilled asparagus, bell peppers, and onions. Then topped with a little rice cheese.)
Fresh from the garden Corn Salad (Corn, onion, chili powder, cumin, bell peppers, tomatoes, cilantro, vinegar, and salt)
Thursday September 11:
Cafe’ Rio Salad (Tostada, layered brown rice, beans, and salad. Topped off with guacamole, salsa, and lime)
Watermelon slices or Watermelon blast (juiced watermelon lime over ice)
Tuesday September 16:
Triple layer Veggie Sandwich (Vegenaise, mustard, avocado, cucumber, lettuce, sprouts, shredded carrots, tomato, dressing)
Corn on the cob (Raw or steamed)
Carrot Lemonade
Thursday September 18:
Pita Pizza with Veggies of your choice (squash, zucchini, onion, broccoli, rice cheese, tomato, pineapple, spinach)
Large Salad
Tuesday September 23:
Corn Bread Salad (Greens, tomatoes, onion, beans, sprouts, carrots, cucumber, corn, sunflower seeds, cornbread, salsa, vegan ranch dressing)
Two slices of Whole grain bread with hummus
